Heritage Crossing Fund, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 23701d, charitable contributions to which may be tax advantage to donor-investors to the extent allowed by law. The Foundation’s Tax Identification Number is 83-0980937. Heritage Crossing Fund states that the Donor has not been provided with any goods or services in consideration, in whole or in part, for the donated gift.
