The Grateful Family Program allows patients, family and friends to say thank you to the unsung heroes at Valley Regional Home Health, to show your gratitude for the caregiver’s compassion and quality care by contributing to making every moment matter as a tribute to them.
This special person, your Valley Regional Hero, will be personally notified that a donation has been made in their honor and will be presented with a certificate, and a unique Valley Regional Hero pin recognizing their exceptional level of patient care.
