We are a group of healthcare professionals filled with vast passion for caring and surrounded by great medical and professional knowledge. We are locally owned and operated.

Heritage Crossing is locally owned and operated by the Zakaryan Family. The key leaders are Mari Zakaryan, RN, BSN – Director of Patient Care Services; and Arman Zakaryan, the Chief Executive Officer. In 2013, Arman and Mari started their healthcare services venture by providing home health care in the Central Valley. Not long after, they realized the importance of the continuum of care to better assist patients in need. This led to providing all levels of hospice care along with building a state-of-the-art inpatient hospice care center. This inpatient setting provides services to acute and routine patients, giving them the opportunity for the compassionate care they need, in a comfortable homelike environment they want. Heritage Crossing, the Valley’s premier and unparalleled hospice care center, has been operating since 2019.

This unique approach to hospice care services, whether received at your own home or at the care center with a capacity of 24 private rooms, is provided by a team of physicians, nurses, chaplains, aides, social workers, and volunteers. Heritage Crossing is a place where patients and their families get to be together for those precious days of their lives, while being compassionately looked after.
